Best Slab Leak in Charlotte NC

I installed a new faucet in my home and was having water pressure issues. He was able to guide me toward a potential fix on the PHONE and it worked! No charge whatsoever. These are the guys/gals who deserve a shoutout for stellar customer service. 12/10 would recommend.

David and Dennis came out and did a super job for us. Both were very pleasant and extremely knowledgable and professional. Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I had an active leak in a pipe in my crawlspace and was referred to MD Plumbing by my father. Everyone has a lead time these days yet Jaqi was able to work me in immediately. Curtis arrived quickly and took care of the problem in no time. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions. I was prepared to pay a premium for same day service but they treated it as a normal service call and their pricing was more than fair. Great customer service is a lost art these days yet I can say from experience that MD Plumbing excels in this category.
