Best Sewage System in Charlotte NC

Found this company online. Had a problem with the city about water usage. Our technician was Ted, I can't express how impressed I was with Ted. Arrived on time, service truck spotless and knew what he looked like via text before arrival. He listened to what the situation was and went right to work. Gave our house a thorough inspection, and took the time to explain what he found. He even explained our 3 options and what would be involved with each. I highly recommend this company and am glad they employ people like Ted. Update, needed option one services again. Had such good luck with Ted last time I requested him again. Ted installed a main waterline shut off valve. He gave me the cost upfront and went to work. Very organized and timely. Ted is a great representative for this company.

After a rather laborious number of phone calls, the team that finally showed up was outstanding. Lee came early and clearly explained what was to happen to repair a water line leading to the house. Sam and LP both arrived and within a few hours located and repaired the water line. They were both superb and efficient.

Recently did some repair work at my home with a leak and various troubleshooting. The work became more complicated than originally projected and our 2 techs and the company as a whole handled everything extremely professionally, going above and beyond to support our needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

John was very knowledgeable and does the job right! He did two jobs for me, the first of which was installing a garbage disposal. Some of the previous contractors had cut corners when installing other parts of the system, but he adapted to the situation and got me the right parts to finish the job correctly in the same day. On my second job, which was repairing a shower valve, a previous company had said they would have to cut into the wall behind the shower and replace everything, which would take 6 weeks. With John, I had my valve ordered and replaced within the week, no mess required. Thanks, Charlotte Plumbing Masters!

My wife and I recently got new countertops and a newer, deeper, sink in our kitchen. We had to had some piping redone because of the sink depth difference, and the fact that the new sink had only one drain, not two.
The plumber that did the job, John, was excellent. He cut an excellent hole in the drywall to access the piping (this had to be done), and installed new piping, disposal, and pipe vent.
He even took a few minutes after he was finished to educate me on what he did, and why he did it. You could tell immediately that the job was done professionally, because he pointed out a number of things that he fixed that were existing issues we were unaware of, such as wiring that could have caught fire that was not properly insulated years before we even moved in.
I'm sure you can hire a fix it guy at a cheaper rate, but I can tell you that they will most likely be the source of the installation problems that were not up to code that we were unaware of. OR you can hire someone that not only installs proper piping and disposal wiring, but also takes time to fix existing issues that he spots along the way. I highly recommend this service as I have had two different employees come to do jobs in the past, and both of them knew exactly what they were talking about. When I would ask why something was the way that it was under the sink, they didn't have to think for an answer. It was automatic.

Five stars for Zoom Drain and the technician Duane. It was easy to see that he is very experienced, and knowledgeable, while he was trying to find a clog in this old drain line. Very professional.
