They came out and replaced the pipes in our house. Did a great professional job. They let us know what was happening while it happened and also did their job without any disruption to our family. Great experience this is their second job at our house and would hire again for future services.

This is one of those feel good stories that I have to share with anyone and everyone. I am one of those give it a try first person and if you mess things up a professional can then come behind you and clean up your mess. That’s exactly what happen when I removed and replaced my sink to have new countertops installed, me not thinking, the garbage disposal and pipes underneath the sink had to be disconnected, no problem I grabbed my tools began to disconnect the garbage disposal and pipes. Long story short, countertops removed, sink uninstalled, pipes included, new countertops installed and yes there were some hiccups along the way that required additional work and skills that I didn’t quite have, nevertheless I proceeded, garbage disposal and pipes reconnected, oh and before I forget I shut the main water value off, so I caught a break, items reconnected, turned the water back on so now it’s time to test every thing out. Water on a drip here and there, nothing that a twist and turn won’t fix, dishwasher ran and all seems fine. Later the next day, I filled the sink up with water and yes you guessed it, water seeping out through the pipe fittings, so now thinking to myself and having to share this with my wife and now we both know that my plumbing skills are in need of sharping, so I placed the service call to Roto-Rooter which turned out to be the smartest decision that I could have made. Out comes the plumber, this is how we refer to individuals when we think, okay now I’m going to go broke after this service call, I’ve accepted this because what, yes it was my mess that he was going to clean up.Here’s the real story• The plumber – good morning I’m John are you Mr. Laws• Me – good morning yes• The plumber – you placed a service call• Me – yes sir, come on inHe comes and we go over and discuss the problem, he’s very attentive, polite, professional and seems very concerned about my problem. This is where he went from the plumber to John. John concerned about my problem started assessing the situation and the whole time keeping me well informed of what it was that he was seeing and what it would take to and approximately the cost to solve the problem. Me relieved and taken back with these reasonable estimated costs to repair / cure my problem, was like lets make this problem go away. John (remember he’s not referred to as the plumber anymore), let me grab what I need to correct this, we of course during this service call like many others are having small talk, the more we talk the more comfortable I’m becoming as John not only is a true professional but more importantly a person like me. Really enjoys what he does and wants to make sure that before he leaves that my problems and concerns are resolved. While John was repairing what was needed to my surprise checked and double checked leaving no stone unturned, made some other minor adjustments that he noticed was not quite up to his level of standards, I’m talking about the small details that someone else may or may not have just brushed off as not my concern. Not John, he made sure that when he left me that he and I both knew that I had nothing to be concerned with. John reinforced my belief that there are more people in the world today that generally cares about the safety and welfare of other enough go above and beyond to provide the BEST customer service possible. John not only fixed my sink problem but John did much more that, he left me knowing that there are still so many individuals out there that truly cares about doing right by others and I am forever thankful and appreciative for his service and contribution to our society. This was more than just your typical service call, this was a call at least for me and my family a displayed great humanity. I can’t thank you enough John and know that you have put Roto-Rooter at the top of my list for all services that the company provides.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Joey is the best plumber I've ever delt with! I was about to go with a different company, but I'm so glad I went with Plumber Today. Joey explained everything thoroughly, did a GREAT job and left everything just like it was(minus the old leaking water heater and rusted connecters).
