Whoever hired Michael knew what they were doing. Very professional and extremely nice. Took his time and made sure myself and my husband knew exactly what was going on. Sat down and spoke with us in detail and took the time to explain everything to us. Where others seemed to skim through, he did not. John was fantastic! From the first phone call, he met every expectation. There wasn't an emergency - we wanted to replace the water heater with a tankless. But he came the day I called and emailed me an estimate before he left. He provided options I didn't think about (that I used!). On installation day, he arrived when he said he would, kept me up to date during installation, and took the time to walk through how it works and what he had done. I would highly recommend him to all.

Your company's customer service is excellent. My heating unit was service by Mr. Dubois Gordon. He was very professional from the moment he entered my home. He took time to find out what type of problems I was experiencing. Once he completed the service check he took time to explain how my unit was performing and what he would recommend for me to do to get my unit operating at optimum levels. He was very thorough and did not pressure sale. He respected my decision to not move forward with his recommendations. Because of this I will be calling the company back to have the services done in the near future. He was very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented. I had 2 plumbers come out before Chip and they couldn’t find the source of the smell. Chip was able to find it and fix it!

Will is a great guy and I enjoyed working with him. He stubbed off an outside natural gas line and installed a new one in a different location for our gas grill. I'd highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
