Best Sewage in Charlotte NC

Michael was 20 minutes early to my appointment for a main sewer line clog in a 200 year old house. He took the time to search the property for our non-existent road access, crawled around in my gross crawlspace, and was very thorough in his cleaning process. He and his coworker Shane not only fixed my clog, but explained the next steps in replacing my old, crushed terracotta piping connected to the junction they cleaned out. I respect their mission to fix the whole problem, not just put a band aid on it. I recommend Option One because they not only do good work, but also have a good attitude, are very personable and care about their customers. I look forward to working with them again soon.

We were amazed to get a repairman who was courteous and professional (Stanislov Sarlovskis from 1700 Orr Industrial Court location) at 6-7pm SUNDAY EVENING to work on our emergency plumbing situation. He planned to locate the pipe block by running the rooter down the clean-out pipe in the front yard.Bad news: We couldn't locate the clean-out pipe in front. Stan insisted it had to have one or the house wouldn't have passed inspections but we couldn't find it. Still, I didn't want to empty yucky backed-up water from the pipe under the house, he worked and dug (90+ degree heat) for hours locating the clean-out pipe in the front yard which landscapers apparently buried under a large bush AND lots of dirt. Then he ran the router and camera through the pipe several times to clean it out as well as possible.We were especially grateful for his helpful, cooperative, professional attitude and attempt to save us money on this project. We are now planning to save up the money to replace the pipe that the roots penetrated as soon as possible.We had time to become pretty good friends while he worked because he didn't finish until after 11pm! Update - I have called upon Pathmaker Plumbing several times over the past few years. My home is 60 years old - and parts wear out needed replacement - and building codes and regulations change as well. John Stokes has helped me replace rusted out drain pipes, run water lines, replace toilets and sinks - he has always explained the problem, taken photos of problems in my crawlspace, and given me options in the repair. Today (3/11/19) he has served me well yet again - finding a leak and helping me prepare my home to sell for new owners. He is an honorable, honest, Christian man. He is trustworthy. His work speaks for him. Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

When I saw a coupon on Angie's List to buy $75 worth of plumbing work for $25, I knew I was getting a deal. I didn't know that it would be such a pleasure dealing with John Stokes. Plumbing costs can add up in a hurry - each damaged piece reveals another problem that delay and decay have caused. But John allowed me to buy my own replacement sink and pedestal - so I knew how much the parts cost. And I felt he gave me options in the work - to choose how much I wished to put into the project.

I feel Pathmaker Plumbing did an outstanding job - and treated me fairly. When I need more plumbing work, I will call on John again.

Friendly and prompt same day service. Expensive for the work performed . Leak in my first floor ceiling . They went into the attic and found the leak was from around a vent pipe in the roof. They told me to contact a roofer for repair and charged me $625 for the hour to identify the leak.

This morning we had no hot water. I called Jim at 8:00 and it is already fixed. The gentleman who came out was very friendly. I recommend Plumbing Connection to anyone who asks for advise on a plumber!

Will made the effort to come out to our home within 3 hours of calling for help to clear a toilet pipe backup, and quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He even offered to show us via his fiber optic camera the source of the blockage and offered some excellent advice on how to prevent recurrence.

Joey is so smart at his trade! I would recommend him to anyone that is needing an honest and skilled plumber! He is funny, kind, accessed the work, was upfront on cost, didn’t try to upsell and then replaced our pipes with ease and confidence!
