Had a clogged drain. Other companies failed to return calls, but Benjamin Franklin's company was responsive and solved the problem within a few hours of calling. Price was very fair and Adam Wahl was friendly and gave helpful advice.

The plumbers were friendly, courteous, prompt and professional. They kept the scheduled appointment time and didn't leave me hanging as some other companies have done to me in the past. They respected me and the inside of my home by wearing a face mask and shoe covers and also keeping a clean work space. They did a great job and made sure that I approved of their work. I would hire them again in the future and would recommend them to my friends.

I dealt with three different plumbing companies before finding AAA City Plumbing. They were all a nightmare and I have never been more thankful to have found them and that I gave them a call. We had a leak under the slab and kept getting the run around from everyone else that we contacted and had come out to look at the problem. AAA City Plumbing scheduled the initial estimate visit quickly, showed up on time, presented us with several options of how to repair the problem and then were out within two days to make the repair. They are the best and I will call them any time I need plumbing services in the future!

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Quality, caring plumber who gets the job done! He offers weekends and evenings as well for emergencies! Highly recommend!

Travis, my HVAC Tech, was phenomenal!! He was thorough, professional, asked great questions, and made me feel valued as a customer. Travis made me feel valued by taking time to build common ground and establish connection before working on my unit. Also, throughout the appointment, he communicated his next steps and made sure I understood what he was doing every step of the way! Travis' extensive knowledge about HVAC systems put me at ease and let me know I had an expert working on my unit. I look forward to having Travis as my HVAC Tech again. He is truly amazing and hope his managers read this and give him a raise and a promotion!

In the ten years owning our home, we had never needed to contact a plumbing service. Our water bill sky rocketed and I noticed some water puddling in the front lawn. After The City came out and took a look, we then contacted South End Plumbing regarding a possible water service line leak somewhere between the house and the water meter. The receptionist that took my call was very friendly she answered all my questions. She was able to dispatch Don and Phillip M. to my home the next day to conduct an inspection and estimate. They took time and answered all my questions. The work included a warranty for parts and labor. Phillip was very thorough and responsive. We did encounter one set back and that was due to some very bad weather. I really appreciate Phillips hard work and professionalism despite the additional issues the weather might have caused him and South End Plumbing. Thank you to Phillip and South End!
