Great experience! The estimate for a sewer line repair just outside my house was fair and a good value compared to other estimates. I decided to use them in the afternoon and they arranged all of the utility location service by the same evening. They were 15 minutes early the next morning to begin the repair. All workers were professional and kept me updated on the entire process. They finished by the early afternoon ... on time and on budget!

After trying a bit of DIY sub flooring repair, I hit the water line supplying our washer. Leonard came out and went right to work. He was courteous, professional, and prompt. Tony and Brian from Restoration came out and advised on how I could quickly and easily make sure I seal everything up nicely - no major restoration needed! These guys were GREAT! Up front about cost, but didn’t tug at my wallet unless they thought it was necessary. I will DEFINITELY be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Had a clog in my master shower. Herbie was our service tech. He called when he was 10 minutes out and arrived promptly. He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. He fixed our drain without issue and cleaned everything up before he left. He tried to use a suggestive sales technique on me to buy some other MJ products very discreetly as he worked it into casual conversation, which I appreciated since I, myself have been in sales for over 12 years. I bought the drain cleaner, which I wouldn’t have even known about had he not mentioned it. Great job Morris Jenkins and Herbie, you guys/gals are awesome!
