Mike was awesome! I had a relatively complicated issue with the gas in a fireplace and he totally stuck with it until it worked whereas other people I have tried gave up. He checked all the affected systems afterward so now I am going to go!

I am very pleased with option one. They have done multiple projects for me at my home. Their technician Christopher has always been very professional and does great work. Recently he removed old cast iron piping underneath my house and replaced it with all new PVC piping as well as installing a new 2 way clean out. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

2: Got an excessive quote for the work that I couldn't validate with expected estimates online so called other plumbers who confirmed the quote was excessively high. Called the office to complain, GM called back very quickly admitted it was an error in pricing. I had to push to get my service fee refunded.

Maybe this was truly a mistake, maybe they were trying to take advantage, but really there is no way to know what they would have done had I accepted their original quote.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters employee, Mike, was scheduled to be here at 2PM but to my surprise he called and wanted to know if it would be okay to show up early. When Mike arrived, I spoke to him about my shower head leaking and mentioned that I had the same problem 5 years ago. Mike evaluated the problem and found that my water pressure setting was too high (going into the house), causing my water cartridge in my shower to wear out too quickly. He also mentioned, that my warranty company may pay for the repairs, which was a surprise to me. Unfortunately, after contacting the warranty provider (Total Home Protection) they stated they would not cover anything (poor choice of a warranty company by me). Mike then went to work on fixing the problem and was finished bringing my water system up to code. I would gladly have Mike back again as the was very friendly but professional and did a great job !!

Leonard was very knowledgable and shared everything that needed to be done along with provinding estimate costs. He was compassionate and very professional.

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

My grandmother needed a repair on her water heater, and I only had one weekend visiting her to make it happen. She doesn't trust people coming into her home. Well damn if Terry didn’t do a great job of making her feel at ease. He walked her and I through his observations on her water heater and made it very clear what our options were.I really appreciate Terry’s transparency, friendly demeanor and professionalism. Not to mention, all this at 10 at night. I would recommend Terry’s services to anyone. My grandmother certainly would as well, and thats saying a lot for a normally prickly lady.

My toilet was very old and running on its own. It also sat low to the floor so I had to use a booster seat due to my bad knees. Robert from South End Plumbing came out to my house in Kannapolis, recommended replacing the toilet with a more efficient, high seating model and gave me a free quote. There was no pressure from him at all. When I decided to replace it, he was quick to come out and did the job quickly and professionally. Several days later, I had a minor issue, so he came back the next day and took care of it. He was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations and suggestions in the care of my new toilet. I would definitely use South End again.
