Best Plumbing Issues in Charlotte NC
After five years, the parts of my restaurant were beginning to bite the dust.. not only was the business responsive, they sent over Solomon as their serviceman who was quick, efficient, clean and had excellent bedside manner. He was up front about pricing and labor, and worked with me by giving me all of the options in order to find what exactly would work best for me. We are a high volume cocktail bar and I know for a fact his work will serve me well in conducting my business. I would absolutely recommend the company, and specifically Solomon, for any help with their plumbing needs.

Marty came to my house today and walked me through the issues I was having withy shower valve. I had another company come out and quote a huge amount and Marty was able to rebuild my shower valve and charge me less than half the price the other company was. Marty was punctual and knowledgeable and extremely professional. I will definitely use Charlotte Plumbing, and especially request Marty to come out to my house for any future plumbing needs. He did a fantastic job and left neat and explained every step to me! Marty was awesome!

We had a copper pipe major leak on Christmas day. Called AATP early the next morning and got a friendly receptionist who was able to quote me an approximate price to fix (ended up being ~10% below quoted (They also provide an additional $15 discount if you're on Angie's list, which unfortunately I'm not)). She was able to get the technician on-site within 30 minutes of my call. Technician was courteous and friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. Will be using them as my default plumber and highly recommend them to others looking for a good plumber.

He was a very friendly individual that, explained the whole process and why it was needed, offered suggestions on how to avoid serious problems later, installed the equipment in a way that was superior to the original installation, and cleaned up the work area in a professional manner. Two thumbs up!

I really liked this company overall. Very professional and our tech Jake with his assistant worked very hard all day long to complete the job. They had to come back the next day to complete the service call, but provided us with a working system to get us through the night. Communication was excellent every step of the way!

Clog Busterz did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater and getting it up to code. It was such a great experience, it felt like we were friends and they really had our best interest at heart. They were also very sweet with our dog. 5 stars from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with American Leak Detection of Charlotte. We had a leak of unknown source and my plumber recommended them. Their regular guy was out sick so they sent 2 guys out who must not have been competent. I watched them closely because I was paying $700 up front and wanted to know how this works. They took a long time and finally decided on a spot and marked it and then left behind a part of their machine. We called the plumber to dig. He dug 4 feet and no sign of water. I called ALD and they insisted that they dig to 6 feet. This required a big machine and at 7 feet still no leak was found. I called ALD again & they acted like I was not telling them the truth. Finally they agreed to try again and sent out their regular guy who quickly found it in a VERY DIFFERENT location where the 2 original guys had not checked. This mistake cost us an extra $1000 dollars & created a HUGE hole in our front yard.
The address on their website is not real, I went there to return the machine part and discuss this situation and no one at the address had heard of them. This does not sound like a legitimate business to me. I have not received an apology nor any offer of compensation. It seems crazy that they can make a huge mistake that costs ME 1K and there isn't any way to hold THEM accountable. So this review will have to do and hopefully someone else will be able to find a company offering better terms.

We recently had a sewer backup in our garage and in one of bathrooms. I called the main office, and Erica was extremely helpful in fitting us in Presidential's packed schedule. Chris and Eddie came by, looked at the problem, and spent a lot of time hearing our concerns and answering our questions in detail. The owner, Danny, also showed up shortly thereafter. They were extremely committed to helping us at a time of need, and built confidence with us that they could get the problem corrected quickly. They committed to the timeline and finished the project within the timeline they presented all while providing us with a very reasonable, fair quote. They are honest and straightforward, and they do not try and take advantage of their customers. We have finally found our plumbers for the long term and, in fact, hired them to work on some other projects. Those other projects were also completed according to plan and price! I would highly recommend Presidential for all plumbing issues if you are looking for an honest, straightforward, and committed plumber now or in the future. The owner takes pride in his business and reputation, and his team does as well.
