Josh was absolutely wonderful. He came in and immediately fixed the issue with our toilet. I asked him if he was able to address an issue we’ve been dealing with with our garbage disposal and in a matter of minutes he was able to fix that too. Very efficient and very friendly! We came across an issue with our kitchen sink drain line when we were remodeling our kitchen. We had met with two previous plumbers, one of which said they would be able to fix the issue but didn't, before we found Ritchie's Plumbing. Not only was John able to fix this plumbing issue at a reasonable price but he came back and did additional work for us a few weeks later. John is trustworthy, a hard worker and goes above and beyond. If I ever need any plumbing work in the future, I won't hesitate to reach out to John.

Brett was awesome! Fit us in at short notice, was very professional and explained everything he intended to do before starting the job. I had the part and he trusted that it was correct and what I needed for the repair without questioning me. He gave me the total price for the job before he began and it didn’t change afterwards. His apprentice/2nd Plummer Andrew was a courteous and hard working young man. Over all a very positive experience and I would recommend them both to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I will be keeping his number for sure!

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.
