I was extremely pleased with the service I got from Mr Rooter. David (who took my call and did the dispatching) and the technician who arrived on-site were great re: communication. The tech walked me through the estimate and got right to work when I agreed to have him fix the very clogged drain. He even knocked out one or two very minor repairs that he noticed could be done while working through the major project. I appreciate Mr Rooter and would absolutely use them again.

Had several plumbing issues that I needed help with, as well as some questions. Eric arrived right on time, and took care of everything. Much appreciated! Have used All Hours Plumbing in the past, and will certainly call them again with any plumbing needs.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters was great to work with. They were professional and performed the repairs quickly. Very competitive with their pricing for repairs and knowledgable about the causes of issues seen.

Our technician Tony was awesome. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very detail oriented. He explained the pros and cons of each water heater and made sure we were making an informed decision. Most importantly, he made sure that we didn't go one day without hot water. I will definitely call and ask for Tony's plumbing services again in the future!

MKB does excellent work. Ned was on time and very knowledgeable. I interviewed 3 different plumbers to install a laundry sink. MKB was the right choice. I plan to use MKB moving forward.

MKB came out and unclogged a drain. They couldn't give a price over the phone. When they got here, he didn't even talk about price. Just started working outside on the city pump system. And then only doing 10 minutes of work. Comes in and tells me that its 285 dollars. And said it's a flat fee and he can't go any lower on the price and the best he can do is 250 for 10 minutes of work. And their explanation was that is what everyone else charges and they're the cheapest and that it costs that much because they used a machine. I was never given a quote, nothing. This is absolutely insanity. Do not use this company.

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
