Best Kitchen Remodel in Charlotte NC

UPDATED - after sharing my experience on Google, I received an extremely unprofessional and aggressive phone from their customer service representative, Laura. She threaten that she could have charged me a lot more for service than she did and that I should not have written a review.BEWARE - had Ben Franklin come look at minor leak in a toilet. The issue was simply a loose bolt the the technician tightened.The total bill invoice was for $163. The service call was $77, there were no parts needed for the repair so it was $83 to tighten the bolt.Not to mention, the technician lied to me on the phone and told me he was there for 45 minutes however my tenant said he was in and out in about 10.They did refund some of the money after I voiced my concerns.Regardless, that's bad business. I was very optimistic about this business based on the good reviews but got ripped off. Would not recommend.

He also was fair in deleting a trip charge due to a scheduling delay on their part.

I had a dripping sound in my ceiling downstairs when my shower was on upstairs. I called All Hours, and a technician walked me through checking my drain for a clog.
Turns out, I had a huge hairball clog in the drain, causing the water to back up. All Hours saved me from spending a lot of money, and I really appreciate that.
If I do need plumbing help in the future, All Hours will be my first and only call.

Gary arrived as scheduled and I explained the problem. He checked out the leak and recommended the fix. We discussed it and I agreed. Partway thru the repair, he needed a additional part which he showed me the old part and why it needed replacing and the cost to go and get the part. He returned and within minutes, the repair was completed and there was no leaks. Gary was very professional the entire visit and I would recommend him and request him again for any plumbing issues I may have.

I called, All About the Pipes a couple of days ago, and spoke with Mary about a possible leak in my bathroom behind the wall of my shower. Mary, diagnosed the issue over the phone and said not to worry, that it was the hot water pipe contracting and not a leak.
I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I have not used this company in the past but will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs!

Shane from IRV was fantastic. He sorted out our electrical issue quickly and he was the ONLY person out of 4 qualified technicians we had at the house, that could figure it out. We are so impressed! Thanks, Shane! Highly recommend!

Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I would definitely recommend giving these guys/gals a call for any plumbing projects.

The guy that came out was very perfessional. He assessed thoroughly to figure out the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

I had another company come and charge me $2500 to dig a big hole in my yard and mess up every fixture in my house. Daniel came out and was upfront, honest and on time. They got the issue fixed and didn’t charge me half the cost of my house. I will be using them from here on out for any and all plumbing needs

I'm very impressed with his honesty, integrity and technical expertise. A breath of fresh air compared to the multiple contractor experiences that I've endured over the past 15 years in south Charlotte. He has very reasonable prices compared to the big chains out there. Most importantly he is very conscientious of your property.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value.
