Dean, the service technician, arrived on time, was knowledgeable, and professional. He located the leak in our kitchen wall and had to crawl into a cramped space to tear out the wall to replaced a cracked tee. We were extremely happy that he found the source of the leak so quickly and was able to repair it. We did not know where the leak originated.

AAA City Plumbing also put us in touch with EPX to repair the extensive water damage caused by the hidden leak. Repairs begins tomorrow morning. Thank you City Plumbing for your highly professional service. We also appreciated the follow-up call after the work was done.

The plumber from Rapid-Rooter (TJ) was great. He quickly assessed the severity of cloggs in several bathtubs and sinks and fixed them. TJ was very professional and charged a fair price for his services.

Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

I woke up to 2 inches of standing water on the outside of my home, and called Roto-Rooter asking for them to send someone out to take a look.The customer service representative indicated that she was marking our case as an emergency, because it could be a broken water main, and assured us that we'd be hearing from a technician shortly once they were en route (this was at 9:30am). After not hearing anything by 1:30pm, I called back and was transferred to dispatch, who told me that a technician had been assigned to our address, and I should be expecting a call shortly. After not hearing anything by 2:30pm (water is still flowing and now about 6 inches deep) I called back again, and was transferred over to dispatch, who told me that now they couldn't get ahold of the driver, but they'd call me back once they did. I told them that I would wait on the line until they were able to contact him. From there, I was transferred to their administrative offices in Cincinnati, who told me that they had mistakenly assigned a camera guy to the job, and that they needed to assign it correctly in the system. I was assured that aa proper service technician would be out to our house within 45 minutes.Well, a technician arrived at our house at 4pm, and then told my wife that there was nothing he could do to fix the problem, and he needed to request a certified worker to come out to our house to fix it. He charged us $100 for turning the water off.I'm not one to write negative reviews, and I understand that Roto-rooter was probably inundated with calls due to the cold weather, but this was absolutely insane. At every step, each employee successfully punted this service call off to another employee, so that they wouldn't have to deal with it. All the way up to their corporate offices in Ohio.They may do a good job during the off-season when it's not busy, but it was clear to see that a cold-snap in Charlotte was way more than they could handle.

We used Brett to install our whole house filtration system. He was reliable, responsive and professional. All emails and texts were immediately responded to, packages and options were explained in detail and the installation was done with no inconvenience to our day. I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. I called Roby for an after hours service request when my parents were having electrical issues and I couldn’t be happier with how professional, quick and courteous Jake was. I chatted online with Joshua who had a customer service rep call me within minutes of hearing what I needed. Crystal the CSR was great, she collected my information and had the on call electrician Jake call to discuss rates and availability. Within 30 minutes of my reaching out online Jake was on the way. Talk about customer service! Jake diagnosed the problem quickly and made sure my parents would have electricity to their main appliances before coming back tomorrow. I highly recommend Jake and Roby for electrical work.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

The service technician came within just a few hours of my call for help. He repaired the problem within the tank and installed a more up to date wall faucet. He quickly analyzed the problems, was efficient in installation and fairly priced.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.
