This is my second time calling Charlotte Plumbing Masters for work at my home. Both times, the technicians arrived on-time. If they can get there earlier they will call you and let you know that they are on there way. They come in covid ready with masks and booties and get right to the problem. They spoke with my home warranty company, got the approval and did the job on the spot. The technicians were neat and clean with their work. I have since recommended them to a client of mine.

I recently purchased a new home with a tankless water heat. The temperature in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me and the setting wouldn’t let me go above 120. I called ER Plumbing and they were able to send someone within 2 days to come to the house and override the setting. I received a notice when they were 30 minutes away. The plumber was very professional and handled the job quickly. Only cost me $95. Best money I spent to have steamy showers!

Showed up late and never investigated the problem. They did give me half of my money back.

I got good advice and good service at a reasonable price.

Plumber charges $196 for a one hour service call. Reported he could not fix our water heater, we would need to replace it. Within an hour of speaking to the plumber about the necessary repairs our tenant calls and informs us he has hot water. The plumber quoted us $1885 to replace the water heater which is $1000 more than 2 other plumbers we contacted. Find a more honest plumber for half the price.

My In laws call for a check and wash, tech convinced them to upgrade to have the condensate lines cleaned out, after 20mins of beating on the line, and flushing out he said he was done. Next afternoon The secondary line was dripping, and after going up in the attic and looking, there was water all over the unit where the primary drain line was and the drip pan was full.Called back to get someone out, after two hours of him trying to fix the now clogged primary line the first tech made, his suggestion was for Morris Jenkins to run a new line out the side of the house, and quoted $2,000, for 2 men for 4 hours and material.I spent $34.79 at lowes for material glue and a hole saw, other than my wife holding my ladder for 10mins, I did all the work by myself in 34 mins.This is my second run in with Morris Jenkins and over pricing thier work. I will never recommend them to anyone, and will Share this experience along with my personal one from a few years back with anyone who ask for recommendations.

Chip was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained why the pressure release was leaking on the upstairs water heater and at what range the pressure should be set. Chip also told us the tell tale signs to be aware of. He explained everything very clearly. He and Joseph replaced the faulty part and set the pressure at a safe level. They were done in no time. We're happy and relieved to have this taken care of, since it could've turned into a major issue.

I would highly recommend Helms Plumbing and drains if you have a plumbing problem. We had an issue with our water and Chris came out after hours and told us what was wrong and what he needed to do to get our water back on. He was very professsional and polite. He will be our go to plumber!!
