I was in the market for an outside + gas + tankless water heater and I have to say they were certainly the best after talking to 5 total plumbers. They're professional, competitive and thorough. Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

After using this team with an HOA where I work, I tried them for remodeling and emergency services personally and I found them very professional, helpful and reasonably priced. Also, their office staff is great in getting their staff on site quickly.

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

Great people great craftsmanship

Called this outfit to schedule a repair/replace on an AC unit. The call center that this company uses had a rep (Donna) who was rude and had the phone-side manners of a robot. Actually, that's not true. Robots can be programmed to be nice to their customers. This lady, bless her heart, kept trying to get off of the phone - which makes it impossible to schedule a tech to come out to our home. To be fair, I don't know if the company does a good job with HVAC or other services, but they get a one star rating until they pay closer attention to the company fielding calls for them. I just wanted to find a scheduled time that would work to fix our home which has had 88degree kids bedrooms for the past week. I don't have an emoticon to express how the lady treated me.

Lawrence Hall from RYN did a fabulous job replacing our garage entry door. He communicated throughout the process so I knew what to expect and when. Very courteous and professional.

Had a Waste Line bust at my house. Helms was quick to respond and quick to help make the repair go quick and easy. I would recommend these guys to anyone that asks and will definitely use them in the future.
