I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

On time, great customer service and price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again and recommend for plumbing needs.

I have been a customer of Presidential Plumbing for 8 years. In that time I have gotten to know Danny, the owner, as well as a number of his technicians. They are experts at all things plumbing, they are always professional and they are genuinely good people. I highly recommend.

I had a leak (under my sink) from my dishwasher. I had an appliance repair service out to fix it and the tech was really concerned about having to order a new hose, how difficult it would be, grumble grumble, yada yada. He tried to repair a torn hose with a clamp and some silicone but it just leaked all over. That was a waste of $160 and two service calls. I thought a plumber might be the answer and sure enough a FATman tech fixed the job and did not need to remove the dishwasher or order new hoses. He actually ended up fixing some other piping issues under the kitchen sink and never grumbled about what a pain it all was. This was $160 well spent. Great service and attitude and a job well done.

We had a leaky faucet and needed to replace it. They let me book my appointment immediately that morning. Brian was on time and worked super fast! Plus super friendly service from the ladies in the office who let me push the appointment back 30min last minute so I could run my child to school.

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
