Michael single-handedly turned an incredibly stressful plumbing situation I had into a breeze. My sink not draining and my garbage disposal needing a replacement were literally giving me nightmares. Fortunately, Michael’s expertise allowed him to calmly provide me with a number of different affordable options I could deliberate on and choose what I believed to be the best choice.

I never once felt pressured or felt like he was attempting to sell me anything that I didn’t actually need. He also helped to point out things I should be on the look out for the future, and you better bet I’ll be calling him and Option One Plumbing when I need those addressed. Thank you Michael!

I had clogged drains in my kitchen and no remedy I tried worked. I call Charlotte Plumbing & Repair and they scheduled a quick turn around time for me. The gentlemen that came was on time and did a great job. Not only did he fix my problem, but gave me a few suggestions to keep it from happening again. I have this company on my contact list for any other plumbing problems that may arise.

this guy is a giant jerk, he has no respect for others property to make his sale. absolutely disgusting man. I'd get someone who was worth the money your gonna pay to fix something instead of a guy who breaks others things.

They do pristine work, are honest, dependable, and rarely have warranty issues, as in less than 1 per year. They are consistent and fully worth the cost. We have been using Thomas of With The Flow for over five years. Projects have ranged from small jobs (install a toilet, fix a leak) to larger ones where he installed cabinets and granite counter, a shower, and plumbing for a bathroom remodel, and he has installed whole house water filters in four homes for us and relatives. In all projects, Thomas communicates well before, during, and after the job. Thomas' work is of excellent quality, finished in the timeline he committed, and is of great value. Prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with With The Flow.

Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.

Arrived earlier than expected, which was nice. Diagnosed the problem and told me that when I select a new faucet he will install. He is a known technician to me and I am a known customer to him, and the relationship is respectful and honest.
