Best Emergency Issues in Charlotte NC

I’m the owner of WyattWorks Plumbing. We had the water shut off to an outside building at our home. When we turned it on we found that one of the pipes had frozen last winter and was broken. My sister was coming over to stay for a few days so we were under the gun to get it fixed. We called Wyattworks and lo and behold we got a technician to come over to the house quite quickly. To be quite honest with you it was a very pleasant experience. Kevin was able to arrive quickly after we called. He was able to access the first leak and have it repaired within 10 minutes. Unfortunately he uncovered a lot of other things that are going to have to be taken care of . So we scheduled for him to return. But he was able to accomplish the first task promptly. Thank you Kevin. Well done! You are professional and efficient. We will always use WyattWorks Plumbing going forward!!

Josh and Jimmy were great! The sewer line to the street was clogged, and we had two different plumbers come out and tell us the city would have to dig down 9 feet tearing up the front yard and street. The truth was that these other plumbers just threw up their hands not knowing what to do—the project was too hard for them. Yet they were never able to demonstrate to the city that it was the city’s problem to fix. The city came out numerous times too to explain what they would and wouldn’t do.

The problem was compounded by the fact that numerous other utilities were added after the sewer line was placed—gas, electricity, water, cable, and fiber, and there was no room to work around them with a backhoe. It would have to be dug by hand.

Charlotte Plumbing came out and found the real problem—a stick (and not roots) in the clean out. They solved the 7-month old problem in about two hours!

We called All Hours after discovering a burst hot water pipe in our crawl space. Brett showed up to our house within 20 minutes and had the pipe fixed in no time. All Hours came highly recommended and we saw firsthand exactly why. Thank you!

Clog Busterz did an amazing job replacing our hot water heater and getting it up to code. It was such a great experience, it felt like we were friends and they really had our best interest at heart. They were also very sweet with our dog. 5 stars from start to finish. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience with American Leak Detection of Charlotte. We had a leak of unknown source and my plumber recommended them. Their regular guy was out sick so they sent 2 guys out who must not have been competent. I watched them closely because I was paying $700 up front and wanted to know how this works. They took a long time and finally decided on a spot and marked it and then left behind a part of their machine. We called the plumber to dig. He dug 4 feet and no sign of water. I called ALD and they insisted that they dig to 6 feet. This required a big machine and at 7 feet still no leak was found. I called ALD again & they acted like I was not telling them the truth. Finally they agreed to try again and sent out their regular guy who quickly found it in a VERY DIFFERENT location where the 2 original guys had not checked. This mistake cost us an extra $1000 dollars & created a HUGE hole in our front yard.
The address on their website is not real, I went there to return the machine part and discuss this situation and no one at the address had heard of them. This does not sound like a legitimate business to me. I have not received an apology nor any offer of compensation. It seems crazy that they can make a huge mistake that costs ME 1K and there isn't any way to hold THEM accountable. So this review will have to do and hopefully someone else will be able to find a company offering better terms.

They don't even deserve one star. Called made an appointment and no one showed or even called. I tried calling them no answer and voice mail was full. The only thing I keep getting from them is to ask for a review. Well now you've got the review you keep asking for so now please leave me alone. Southend plumbing took care of everything and had it all done in one day.
