I turned to AAP after a big name competitor told me my tankless water heater was dead and quoted me $10k in new equipment. AAP came out, determined that the water heater was repairable, ordered, expedited and installed the replacement part - a $45 replacement igniter. Dustin was friendly, professional and even went out of his way to make the repair late one afternoon to save us one more night without hot water. Will be using again.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Our tech said he needed to order a part in the middle of December and gave us an estimated 7 business day. I called at the beginning of January and the part was never ordered. The communication in this company is terrible, I had to call frequently just to get my own updates. No one ever reached out to us, they put in NO effort to help expedite the process, they are inconsiderate of people when it’s freezing and we have no heat to stay warm. Will never do business with this company nor recommend them.

Matt & Jody did an awesome job. Both were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and worked diligently to replace our hot water heater. It was in the upstairs attic of all places providing a big challenge. They conquered it, great work guys!

South End came on a Friday afternoon to replace my broken water heater with a new tankless water heater. I could find no one that would come out on a Friday afternoon. Not only did they show up, their two employees, Jim and Mike, worked nonstop in a very hot attic the entire afternoon removing my old water heater and installing the new tankless water heater. They were friendly, professional and did an outstanding job… I could not be happier. The price was better than the other quotes I had received from other plumbers who told me they could not even show up until the following week. We initially called another contractor for our leaking hot water heater and was told they couldn't come out to install a new one for at least a week. We got in touch with Accent and received a new water heater and installation within a few hours! They even showed up earlier than I thought. The guys were great! Veey nice and professional. Will absolutely call them again.
