On Time Electrical is the ONLY electrician company I will ever use. Really!They are affordable, knowledgeable and---like their name says ---on time. I have used them for a variety of electrical odd jobs and they never disappoint. Newman Barrett was the last electrician to come to my house and he was excellent! Also, I like the fact that the people answering the phone are so friendly and talk to you like a real person rather than a robot. So, if you are looking for affordability, punctuality and skill, this is the company you should call for your electrical needs.

Bobby was responsive, on time, friendly, very thorough in finding the issue and fixing the repair. Will absolutely call him again if I have an electrical issue. Highly recommend!

I had a problem in my new home--a set of GFI outlets not working. Matt knew exactly the problem--a hidden outlet tied to the same circuit. He diagnosed over the phone, and didn't charge for the advice. I'll be a customer for life!

$100+ dispatch fee, $100+ hr minimum work fee, $100+ post 24 hr threshold appointment cancelation fee. NOEP!

However, I do appreciate the courtesy of their secretaries. I have a learning disability and they were sweet enough to help me understand how to avoid that cancel fee via reschedule.

Besides that: the outlet restoration job I needed done was completed by Viva Electric for only $50-$70 in 10 minutes. Plus an adjustment to two of my GCFI outlets. And they were even farther away than Bates.

For what they claim to be, they lack quality and professionalism

From the start John had my best interests in mind. He knew the best place to install the charger for my garage and how to efficiently run the wiring to save me the most money. His attention to detail showed in the finished product and I am very satisfied with his work. If you are installing a new EV charger, John is the person to do it.

Attempted to call and get an estimate on some electrical needs at our home. We left 2 messages with no return call.
