Outstanding service today by technician, Paul Glover. I needed by Rinnai water heater flushed and cleaned and while he was here he took the extra time to get the wireless module working again. I’ve been trying to get the wireless module to work for a long time now and with some persistence, Paul got it back online. I really appreciate when companies like Queen City Plumbing go the extra mile to provide great customer service.

They responded quickly and didn't charge us for the first visit because we needed to order a part. As soon as it arrived, they came put quickly and only charged for the 2nd visit.

IRV came out and fixed a waterline break in our community. They had it all repaired in about an hour. IRV know what they are doing. They Located an underground burst immediately and ended a very serious break. They are honest, affordable, and cleanup up nice. I call these guys for all my properties.

The tech who came to replace my water heater was awesome! Airforce was very professional, incredibly friendly, and he did an amazing job. I can't speak highly enough about his work. I would definitely recommend.

Our plumbers were amazing! Another company left us without water over the weekend after a repair job went wrong. We called Progressive around 7 pm on a Friday night and they had someone at our home within 20 minutes. I wish I’d gotten both guy’s names because they could not have been nicer. They started digging to get to our plumbing line around 8:30 pm and worked until 11 pm to make sure our water was able to be turned back on ? So far everything is working perfectly. 10/10 would recommend!

I had great experiences with Tony. I have known him for some years now, he has installed three water heaters for me at different locations, and a dishwasher line. He is professional, reliable and provides quality work. I recommend Tony to anyone who needs plumbing services be it for personal or commercial needs. An excellent plumber!

One of their trucks nearly hit me when in a double right turn lane at 485 & 16N, they crossed into my lane without regard for safe driving. I tried to call the company and the number does not work. Goes straight to a voicemail that says it's not been setup. Shabby way to do business and unsafe drivers.
