Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

It was a Sunday and my shower faucet had broken. I called Charlotte plumbing masters from the time I called they were very professional. They got to me quick and fixed the problem. Great service!!!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. Pathmaker employee John came to my house analyzed, replaced and repaired the trouble area. Thanks to John and Pathmaker Plumbing for quickly and professionally handling this problem. Clog Busterz is THE BEST! We had a leak that we thought was an emergency and they came out immediately (outside of their normal work area!). They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism. Their pricing was very fair and they were extremely kind and caring to our situation (I was freaking out over water damage and you could tell they really cared!). Highly recommend!

This company is well-managed and have an immediate response when you call. I looked online to find someone and I thought I had scheduled the appointment with American Leak Detection. But when no one showed and I called he said, no I wasn't on his schedule and he's the one that makes the appointments. My appointment was done by a lady at the other leak detection company & they never came for that appointment.

I would highly recommend American Leak Detection if you need someone to give you immediate response. He was so nice to me even though I called complaining.

I am ashamed to admit that I am usually not good at writing good reviews as I typically only share my negative experiences. As someone who relies heavily on other's reviews, I should take more time and write reviews on the good experiences I receive.

I am therefore happy to start with my review of Service Pro Plumbing. While I had a very bad experience with American Home Shield and the plumber that they used, I can say that I am so lucky to have found Service Pro Plumbing. Not only where they responsive and immediately booked me an appointment, their technician came on time, provided advance notice, and was extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed my issue and solved the problem quickly, effectively, and did not try to sell me more than what I needed.

The price they charged was fair and I am happy in the resolution of my issue. If you are looking for a plumber for any work on your house, you would do well to choose Service Pro Plumbing.
