Would definatly recommend Mr Rooter, Ryan in my opinion went over and beyond to make us happy with his work. Had to have a new water line ran they got work done and finished cleaning up even in pouring rain. I will have to say less expensive than a couple others. Thank You guys.

Taylor Luke came to my house yesterday to do some connections for me due to some renovations done to my home.
He connected my dish washer. Garbage disposal. Faucet water connection under the sink. Washer and dryer and toilet. He did an excellent job. He didn't draw the service out. He came to do the job and get to next assignment. I like seeing that in young people. Very well mannered and professional. I most certainly will be using this company if I ever have the need.

Update. I said Luke did a great job in first review on the repairs he made but I eventually start having water leaking from the repair. I been in my house eight years never had leak or problem with the garbage disposal. I had to call him to come back to correct the issue. He came but was putting the blame on the garbage disposal shredder. I beg the difference. He was going to charge me $189.00 just for coming out. Of course I said no way. A conversation took place with the manager office. They waived the fee. Luke all of sudden said I didn't have a shredder problem with garbage disposal that he would repair the leak which I believe came from the install because it's not leaking anymore. They called me to discuss my complaint. By then any trust I had was gone and I didn't want to talk to them. I will never use this service.

I work for Ashley HomeStore in Shallotte. We had a problem with a leaky toilet and called Drew. He came when promised, did a fantastic job! Great price as well! We will use again!

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Signora (I don’t think I spelled it correctly),the plumber, that installed the toilet, was excellent. He showed up on time. He was professional and polite. He wore those bootie shoes and even utilized a broom to clean up. He left on time also so that I could leave for an appointment.

We had roots growing in our sewer Cleanout, which caused a backup in our house. Another company had quoted us over $4000 for the repair. We asked Service Pro to come out and give us a quote on the repair. Service Pro found the problem, determined it was a minor inexpensive repair, and fixed it on the spot. We are Service Pro customers for life!
