Rip-off artists. Refused to repair the fan, only cared about trying to charge $20K for a new heater. Everything they tried to justify was wrong and morally questionable. Had another plumber come in and they not only repaired it in 15 minutes, but got a backup replacement part shipped for no cost, under warranty.DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Mr. Rooter kept us updated about our appointment and showed up on time. They covered their shoes when entering our home and gave us several different price quotes for the job, We didn't feel pressured to pick the most expensive option to fix the problem. Joey was knowledgeable and explained everything. We will definitely use them again!

Ron was amazing to work with! He had my drained open in not time. The clog was somewhere between the house and main sewer. The previous tenants had put mud around the toilet and he removed it as well and fixed my toilet seal. I have 4 dogs and he didn't make me put them up. He came in talked to them and petted them. He is a definite asset to your company!

Punctual and professional! John (and a trainee I think) came and unclogged a stubborn shower drain. They wore protectors over their work boots to keep my floors clean and explained everything clearly. Even gave advice on how to proactively prevent future drain clogs! They were in and out in 30 minutes!

Adolfo was my service representative. He was on time and very very knowledgeable about drain clogs. I have two story home with a basement and it was not clear where the drain stoppage was located. The downstairs sink had a backflow of water even though we didn’t use it and the stoppage was coming upstairs. Adolfo took his time and worked thru the problem without guessing but using his technical experience to locate the clog and use the auger to unclogged. I was very satisfied with Adolfo and will use roto rooter again only because of his expertise. I have used several plumbers before in this home in 19 years here, however none has been as professional and efficient as roto rooter.

First of a person at M.D Plumbing actually answered my call! I was advised it would take someone 45 minutes to get to us, the plumber was at our home in 30. Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. I was immediately impressed with how quickly FATman responded. Both Joshua and Dillon kept me informed with what was going on and they both did a superior job getting the old water heater out of the attic and getting the new one up in there. The installation is very clean and they diligently brought everything up to code from the 29 year old installation of the previous one. Dillon throughly explained the operation of the new heater. I loved their sense of humor - made for a very pleasant experience in every way.
