I had the pleasure of working with Thomas and Kim from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Both were extremely professional, and helpful during a very stressful time. I worked with Kim first to diagnosis the problem, and when I found out he wasn’t going to be the one to fix it, I was a little disappointed, but Kim spoke with me and told me how great Thomas was, and that if I had any issues to call him back. Thomas was amazing, and made me very comfortable and confident in what he was fixing. I really loved that they both took the time to educate me on what they found, and why they were fixing what they were fixing. I have been taken advantage of by companies in the past, and I did not get that vibe from them at all. Highly recommend these two, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!

Tony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Rearranged his schedule just to make sure we had hot water tonight. Would highly recommend his services to others!

The technicians were friendly, kind, courteous and informative. I knew exactly what they were doing, how long it would take to complete the service and they wore masks and plastic coverings for entering in our home.

I had D.R. Jordan out to service my tankless water heater and diagnose a problem with a kitchen faucet. Reid is honest, professional and personable, and the work was done quickly and thoroughly. He will give you a straight answer and helpful suggestions. I would recommend him for any plumbing repair, issue or service.

Jim was outstanding with his customer service & quality. He was able to get to the broken/ frozen pipe without too much damage. This is my plumbing company from here on out!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

I got good advice and good service at a reasonable price.

Had a clog in old cast iron drain pipe between two bathrooms. Barry used a vent line in the attic to access the drain line with a snake. It was difficult to find the cast iron drain line but he finally did and got all bathroom sinks flowing fine. Good Job !!

We asked a board member on our HOA if he could recommend a plumber. He pointed us to M.D. Plumbing because they provide a variety of plumbing services to our community and he indicated they are consistently reliable and do good work at reasonable rates.
Though we only had a few minor plumbing issues - installing a new kitchen faucet and fixing an exterior faucet - Jaqi was able to arrange for Chris to fit us into his schedule the next day. Chris was great! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Completed his work quickly. We're very pleased. Highly recommended!

Had a leak in my main water line to the house between the front porch and sidewalk. They arrived on time and were very nice and professional. Price was very reasonable and took care of the leak quickly. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to plumber from now on.

Dean Burns was paid to change the plumbing in my bathroom. I have tried to contact him for a month because my plumbing was messing up again. I found out he did not replace the pipes. He will not contact me about the situation. I was told I have a 5 year warranty. I’m looking to call an attorney. Have anyone else sued him? I just tried to look Dean Burns up on the State Board of Plumbing and can not find him.
