I called and left a message. Drew called me back immediately. Within the hour, Clay was here and cleaned out the clog in the pipes. I was very impressed with American Lead Detection. I went to their website and entered the requested information and had a call first thing the next morning. David and Jon assessed the situation, found the leak, quickly repaired it, checked to ensure there were no other leaks, and filled the hole quickly and completely. I was talking with Jon while he did the repair and saw how they fixed it - used brass couplings to put the pipes together with proper clamps to ensure they will not move as the ground settles over time. Don't Let Them in your House, The guy was very unprofessional, rolled his eyes as if I was a plumber didn't know what I was doing. He was also very disrespectful to his co worker, just being an angry black man(I know my father's one). So when I wanted him to just leave with his Negative attitude He Threatened ME In My House. He fixed nothing and I feel like I need to change my locks.

Used Accent on several occasions past few years. First purchased ac unit then added gas, finally helped with sewer issues at clean out by the house. Every time they came out on time and finished work as promised. Price was very fair each time. Mostly appreciate there honesty and integrity when doing business. It's always good to trust people your doing business with and I do with them!

Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Never thought I could be so excited about a plumbing job! But an old sewer line was in bad shape and Jim Bridges and John Watts came to my rescue. Without having to dig up our yard and basement, they lined the pipe to perfection. They are consummate pros who really know what they are doing. They keep a very clean job site and stick with it until the job is done. Very honest, too, and they let you know exactly what work is being done. Highly recommend them! And no, we are not related :)
