Called MJ after waiting 4 weeks for another HVAC co. appt. , then they pushed out another month. Called MJ and they were available next day. Needing tune-up on 2 AC units. They diagnosed HVAC system thermostat malfunction and replaced it . They also completed a full wash/ thorough tune-up on units, shared readings on measurements they had taken… Cannon Long was the technician, he was professional, polite, solid communication , thorough. I called Phoenix Plumbing & Restoration out for a clog in my kitchen sink. We had some grease build up. The took care of my clog quickly. Their prices are fair as well. I will be using them for any further Plumbing issues.

We had Douthit Electric come out and quoted us $1,600. to replace 2 circuit breakers. I googled the cost to replace a circuit breaker and all indications were around $200 for one breaker replacement. I called Roby Electric to obtain a second option. Roby Electric sent Ibis, their service tech, out. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed we had 1 bad circuit breaker (not 2 ) and we decided to change out 3 (safety measure only since they were older) and the total cost was $400.00. Ibis was professional, honest and quick. Ibis tested the voltage and confirmed what we needed. Douthit never tested anything. I recommend Roby Electric for ALL your needs. They are capable and honest. They want to build a long lasting relationship by treating you fairly versus trying price gouging as Douthit Electric attempted to do. It pays to obtain a second option. 5 stars!!

The owner did a great job installing our sink, he also did few other things in our bathroom.

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

Dave and Jon from American Leak Detection just finished working with us on locating a leak that was under the foundation in our basement. They were professional and extremely helpful. We had an issue with the faucet in our downstairs master bathtub. The cold water side was hardly working at all. Called and spoke to Danny who was prompt to respond and got my faucet working in no time at all. Very professional and friendly and had us up and running on no time. Scott came out to install a recirculating pump on our hot water heater. He is courteous, prompt, reasonably priced and did not make a mess.

When I first requested my appointment online, I was very specific I have a undermount sink needs to reseal and redone the entire kitchen caulk. The lady who picks up the phone is very unpleasant, obviously impatient and difficult to communicate with. It’s scheduled in between 1-3pm, at 2:45pm I called, same lady was very impatient and said the tec will be there in 10mins, ended he showed up at 3:30pm and told me this is the job he can’t do (then why m I listed what’s my problem in the first place) so he called whoever and said the other guy can do it with however amount (which is almost two times more than I paid for)

I saw they have lots of good review and decided to give it a try, in their website seems like they care about technician’s time, gas mileage etc as when u schedule the appointment, there should be 24 hours cancellation and if tec comes out to see what’s the problem, there’s required fee for it.
Wonder is it just THEIR TIME is valid, not others, as being late and rude and came, and can’t even do the job as I listed in the first place, beside of wasting money just wasting my time. If u value your own time, treat other ppl the same!!!!!!

Lawrence went above and beyond to make sure my hallway light fixture was installed properly. When arriving to my house, he informed me that my ceiling was too high for his ladder and that it would call for a ladder that would could me an additional $200. Knowing that, Lawrence explored every option he could to avoid having me pay an additional $200. Finally, he decided to use the ladder that he had brought with him to perform the duty. Lawrence performed all kinds of troubleshooting when there were obstacles in getting the light fixture installed properly . He was determined to make sure the light fixture was installed properly and to my satisfaction. The icing on the cake is that I found out that he is originally from Freeport Long Island NY which is my hometown. I would like for Lawrence to install my future light fixtures due to his professionalism, his thoroughness and overall willingness to go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
