Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

We had an unfortunate water accident and called CPP to come out and assess the cause. Daniel arrived and was very open and honest about what we were dealing with and what we would need moving forward. Nice to hear that the fix was not simply to spend a lot of unnecessary money which a lot of contractors will do. Very knowledgeable and honest.

MD Plumbing & Mechanical just installed a new water heater for us including a repair to a faucet. These guys are the best out there! The owner, Chad, is a great guy and explained everything in advance and pricing was very reasonable. We hired Dmitry for extensive plumbing on a 1960s renovation project. Dmitry was great to work with, very communicative on what he was doing, and stuck to timelines. We continue to call him for other projects as they pop up. He’s hardworking, honest, and reliable.

Accent Comfort Services was sent out to repair my heating system by my home warranty company on 11/10/14. I was very happy with their service. They were quick, yet thorough and courteous. Sure hope the warranty company keeps them on their list!
