We used Kyle Jackson from Roby Electric to install a chandelier that was not an easy task.We are a design firm in town and called on several electricians who turned the job down due to the difficultly of hanging this particular chandelier. From beginning to end Kyle was professional, calm and dedicated to the task at hand. The chandelier he installed was an oversized two- tiered LED light fixture being attached to a lift system with a 30' high ceiling and he was able to manage alone without help which suprised us all! We could not be more thankful for him and his dedication to completing a job well done. We will certainly hire him again for other jobs and highly recommend him. Swell Decor

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

We contacted Plumbing Experts when we uncovered some questionable plumbing ( exposed water lines and drain pipes ) during our Master Bath demo. John came out and explained how he would correct the plumbing issues at a very reasonable price. John is clearly an expert in the field of plumbing and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. It's not very often that you find and individual who really take pride in his work. His attention to detail was second to none. Jason & Marc came out yesterday to fix a leaking pipe. While here Jason found 2 other leaks. He was able to fix all leaks & didn't mind when I asked questions. When I asked his opinion he gave it freely & offered advice regarding my plumbing issues. One of the only reasons I used MD Plumbing is because I heard from a reliable source that they were honest. Jason & Marc proved to me that they are honest. They worked hard to make sure all my issues were addressed, & they were! I highly recommend them and I plan to use them again soon. And when you call, you'll be created by Jackie. She is the best. Very helpful & she did what she said she would do. It's nice to meet three people that stand behind what they say. They are people of their word & you can count on them.

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

Danny the owner of presidential Plumbing is the best .. first he will call you back .. and most of the time will pick up .. next if you have a bad problem he will show up .. the people that work for him are professional and believe it or not are nice .. last and most importantly he is a license plumbing company ..i know its hard to believe but everything is true .. give him a call ..

Had a tankless heater that got knocked out by a summer storm while we were away on vacation. Called these folks up and they literally had me a new install same day! Oh yeah, did I mention this was on a Friday, AND July 1!?! Fantastic response, outstanding product, flawless installation. Thank you!

They were professional and responsive to my “urgent” need to stop a leak under my kitchen sink. Even before stepping into my home, Tyler kept me apprised of his ETA. Tyler diagnosed the problem, walked and talked me through what was causing the issues, and fixed the leak source. Tyler was aces! I will use this company for my future home and handy man needs.
