When we moved into our new home we discovered that our HVAC was not working. We contacted Roby Services and were immediately impressed by their quick response, knowledge and professionalism. Ultimately Anthony C. diagnosed the problem and installed some replatement parts. We now have a working HVAC unit thanks to the crew at Roby. Do not use this company if you want your work done properly. I hired these guys to install new plumbing throughout the home and it FAILED INSPECTION 3 TIMES!!! Last tech was sent out to correct the problems and he has no clue what needed to be done. The list provided to him was almost non ineligible. Everytime they come out its a half done job. Management is barely available and response time is lackluster at best.

We had a pretty big job for John as we just acquired an older home that needed a lot of work. We had our old water heater, garbage disposal, two of leaky outdoor spigots replaced and a couple other smaller jobs. We are very happy with his work and excited to enjoy our new...old home. Thanks John.

Had an issue with a bathroom fixture, called them yesterday morning. Talked with Drew (nice to have someone answer the phone). He said they could be out the next day. He asked I text my name address etc. which I did & he confirm he received the text. Later that day received a text stating they would be here Friday between 11:00 & 1:00.

Today they arrived at 11:10 & resolved the issue. Cost very reasonable.
Highly recommend them. They are now the plumber I will be calling for all plumbing needs

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!

The First Lady I talked to was very professional.She gave great details on what to expect from the company once tech arrives. They would give a break down of all work before doing anything. This was not done and tech came the max 15mins chaulked area and told my wife what he did and left. I called wife thinking company was on the way to check out the issue. She explained to me they came and gone. I reached out to the company second lady answering the phone told me how professional the tech were. I was asking over and over what did they see how did they repair it..At the end my basement flooded because of the poor repair by this company.

I had no hot water. I had the gas company come out and he said it was a problem with my thermostat on the heater. My hot water heater was still under warranty for parts. I was able to get the part and my brother replaced it for me. We were still unable to get the pilot light to stay lite. So I called Accent because they were mentioned on the Rheem website. I wasn't sure if there was something else going on inside the heater. The guy came out and was able to light the pilot light in less than 5 minutes. I am not sure if it just needed time for the gas to start flowing again or what. They charged me $150 to light the pilot light! It was ridiculous. I wish I would have tried to relight it myself before the technician arrived. I would have saved $150.

Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge. Thankyou to Sneeds Plumbing and I will look for you guys in the future!

Scott is an honest knowledgeable guy. He’s always on time, comes in fixes the problem and charges VERY fair prices. He even charged me a little less than his original quote for one of the jobs. Who does that?? I’ve used Riverview plumbing several times now while repairing an older home. They are great to do business with. Dawn and Jennifer were also super nice to work with. I have highly recommended them to friends and family.

This was the third time I’ve used Fatman plumbing in the last 3-4 years. On each occasion I have been very satisfied with their work.

I arranged to have this company install new faucets for me. Called on a Tuesday and scheduled for that upcoming Friday. Provided my address and contact info. By 4:30 on Friday they still hadn't shown so I contacted them to get a ETA. They told me they had no record of the job and couldn't send someone until Monday. I am very disappointed in their service. Their quoted prices were reasonable, too bad they never showed.
