While Morris Jenkins previously rendered outstanding services several times to my home this last project shattered my confidence and satisfaction. Due to Home owners insurance not paying on a claim I requested MJ to allow monthly payments to be made. I was making these monthly payments and only owned less than 1/4 of the total amount due when MJ placed a lien on my home. No flexibility, no heads upI could see doing that if payments were not being made. But I was very wrong.I would only recommend using this company if you can pay , in full, for services rendered at the time they are rendered. They don’t believe in payment plans.

Contacted Roby Services to install a switch for our garbage disposal and troubleshoot some issues we experienced with outlets in the kitchen. They were able to install a new switch and determine the original switch was not properly installed by the previous owners creating issues with some of the outlets in the kitchen. They were able to fix the issue and install the switch in a little over an hour. Ryan was super professional and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue permanently. We will definitely be using their services again for future projects.

Jason & Marc came out yesterday to fix a leaking pipe. While here Jason found 2 other leaks. He was able to fix all leaks & didn't mind when I asked questions. When I asked his opinion he gave it freely & offered advice regarding my plumbing issues. One of the only reasons I used MD Plumbing is because I heard from a reliable source that they were honest. Jason & Marc proved to me that they are honest. They worked hard to make sure all my issues were addressed, & they were! I highly recommend them and I plan to use them again soon. And when you call, you'll be created by Jackie. She is the best. Very helpful & she did what she said she would do. It's nice to meet three people that stand behind what they say. They are people of their word & you can count on them.

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.

We wanted to support small and local business. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Presidential Plumbing a chance. I spoke to Danny to schedule the initial estimate visit and he was able to get a technician out the very same day. I was surprised they could do so. Gary came to assess the damage and completed the repairs. My parents said he was prompt, cordial, and great at his job. He was on time. They sent a text letting us know when they were on the way so we could track where they were. My parents are very pleased with his work! Highly recommended!!! Jeff and his partner (sorry...cant remember his name) came to my house to diagnose a tub drain and were very nice. They fixed the problem quickly and were honest in telling me that I didnt need to do more extensive work which I was considering. They were able to fix the problem with only a service call charge.
