Called them because we had a toilet that needed to be replaced ASAP. They came out very quickly, were super friendly, and replaced the toilet promptly. Later they had to come back because of a small leak which was causing the toilet to make an annoying “running” noise. They came out very quickly again with eagerness and were very helpful. Our house is on a slab and the original water main sprung a leak somewhere under the house. James Gay, Matt Welbourne, Tyler Petty, and Lewis Holland replaced our water main from the meter to the house in one day. They did excellent work in extremely harsh conditions (95˚, mostly direct sunlight). We now have a hand hole on our side of the meter with a water cutoff and a pressure reducer that is easily adjusted. The water main pipe was installed within a protective outer PVC pipe. The entrance to the back of the house is completely underground. The pipe emerges from the floor, insulated, in the garage where it then connects to the existing main copper pipe for the house with another cutoff. Problem solved, and then some. We will call Morris Jenkins again the next time we need plumbing work.

Had some wiring issues related to smoke detectors - scheduling the appointment was super easy and service was scheduled in a timely manner. Kyle came out to my home (at the beginning of my estimated arrival time frame - MUCH appreciated!), very personable and professional. Listened to my issues, made recommendations and performed the services agreed upon. Loved the fact he gave sound professional advice without being pushy! Without hesitation I would request him for any futures issues that may arise.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!
