I rarely write reviews. But after the worst nightmare experience with a handyman who broke a pipe by our sink and flooded our home, ruining our new hardwoods, and then disappeared without a trace, I was close to my breaking point. The first plumber at another organization who came out was somewhat rude and highly priced. But when I found John, he was a true home-saver/sanity-saver! He was responsive, professional, and great at explaining what he was doing each step of the way. As a new homeowner he put me at ease and even gave me some professional advice based on my awful handyman experience. Reasonably priced. And had a young man helping him as well who was equally kind/helpful while learning from John at the same time (sorry, forgot his name). And he is well connected to other reputable teams/services in the area if you find yourself in a similar bind like ours where you need more than just a great, trustworthy plumber. I have already referred him to my colleague and do not plan to use anyone else should we have more plumbing jobs come up in the future.

I had a 2nd floor toilet that leaked into my kitchen ceiling. I did some research and found MKB plumbing. I called and they gave me a timeframe when someone would show up. Chuck showed up and was able to fix my issue quickly. He took the time to answer all my crazy questions. He was very knowledge, honest and a nice guy. Will use them again from any plumbing needs that I have. Thank YOU!!!

Your team is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating, explaining problems clearly so that I, the customer (who doesn't know much about plumbing but knows a lot about pricing) understand the true cost, both the dollar value of my plumbing system and each Repair. From the first time I called him, Damion was very helpful and responsive. He got the work done quickly, at a reasonable rate. He even came on his day off to light our water heater when the gas company failed to turn it back on! Top notch service. We will definitely use his services again.

Shane was frieny and knoedgable. He fixed the minor toilet leak swiftly.
The big job was to replace the RO water system at our kitchen sink. We had pre-purchased the RO system. He removed our previous 6 yr old system and insed the new one. He had a concern that the new one ight have a leak. We will monitor that. He left after 2hr 10 min total. Nice guy.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! Flunk junkies

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.
