Kevin was extremely responsive and quick to come change out my bathroom faucet. I asked for a quote and within 5 business days I had a new faucet. It was very fairly priced and he even included a coupon from their website. Would recommend for standard plumbing services.

I had some water hammering going on in the master bath. After scanning the internet for plumbers in the area, I found Burl's plumbing. These guys are really awesome, they were neat, efficient and did not try to up sale me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for these guys and Burl himself came out to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys have my business!!

I am an out of town landlord and it is always scary for me to try and find people that you don’t actually meet that do exceptional work. For those out there reading these reviews Rose Plumbing was not only polite and understanding of the situation but responded immediately to help me out in a timely fashion. Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Sidney recently assisted with a drain pipe that was clogged. He was very kind, professional and knowledgeable throughout the process! He was able to resolve the issue quickly and provide insight into what caused it in the first place and preventative measures to ensure it does not happen again in the future. Amazing customer service at an amazing affordable price! Will definitely be using Morris Jenkins again in the future when needed and will ask for Sidney specifically!!!

I called them 2 weeks ago with a need (leaking from unknown kitchen spit) and was told someone would come on Monday. They never did. I called and was told the person didn’t write a time down but they had my info (a call would have been great then!). Also told someone would call btwn 9-10 on Tuesday. No call. I called at 11:30 and the lady was very short and said “let me call you back I need to see how he’s scheduling his day.” Odd since I figured your office staff made the schedules. And guess what? I didn’t get a call back until yesterday. That was 1.5 weeks later. The message was “call us back; we have a service man for you.” No apology. No explanation for the 1.5 weeks silence. Do better. I ended up having another plumber coke and help id the leak. Do better.

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

Terrible customer service. Called to ask if they had a regulator for my gas water heater. I called a 5:30 and was hung up on after my first question. Called back and they told me that I'm not a regular customer and to call back at 8:30 in the morning. I then asked can my water heater be fixed tomorrow and he said I don't know what kind you have, where you live etc. Which I have been trying to explain to them. Guess it doesn't matter that I don't have hot water until this is fixed. Never again will I ask for their business with such lazy people working there.

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.

Danny helped me when I was having a bad day. And it wasn't not even plumbing related. Helped me with my car, and made suggestions on a likely repair which it turned out to be. Aces. I would recommend this man in a heartbeat. Rare to find people like that today. Thank you.
