Professional, fast service! Because his techs were on other calls, Frank Foster installed the shower head in my guest bathroom himself. Frank was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called when he was enroute, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Since moving to the Charlotte area I've had experiences with two other plumbing services. Those experiences left me, a widow, very concerned about overpricing. Dealing with Frank was a breath of fresh air! Clearly customer service, and not charging top dollar, is his priority. I will definitely use him again!

This was our first time using MKB's services and I must say our experience was outstanding. We called, they came, problem solved--very promptly! We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

Had a great experience using this company. Danny came to our house to fix an issue with a garbage disposal that a previous plumber from another company had messed up. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them and will use again for future plumbing needs.

This is a very, very long overdue review! Met owner years ago for dishwasher installation and have requested his services ever since! He is so humble that was not aware that company remodels bathrooms, kitchens, etc., until I looked @website! Our downstairs bathroom flooded thanks to faulty water pipes. The bathroom needed remodeling! Once the repair and remodel was finished, wanted to live there! lol Also remodeled master bathroom and it looks and is AMAZING! Definitely live in this bathroom! lol Next project is our first floor for floor replacement thanks to an appliance malfunction! #BlessingInDisguise lol Will plan to get total kitchen remodel hopefully in near future for upgrade with flooring and hopeful quick sale of home one day! Owner is honest, dependable, appreciative, respectful, personal, etc……all of the letters of the alphabet! Since his company is so excellent, word spread fast, so he is very busy, so please be patient! Thanks!

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!
