I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Pathmaker Plumbing. I was experiencing a very critical plumbing problem in my bathroom. Water was gushing from beneath my bathroom tub and flowing into the crawl space of the house. Pathmaker was kind enough to fit us in their already busy schedule. First off the customer service is the worst here. I called Duke energy because we have a hot water replacement coverage and they called Jim dickerson. To start off with they never called to schedule a time to come out to look at the hot water heater, I had to call them. Then because of the company having TWO technicians out they couldn't make it out until the following day. So the the technician comes out and lets us know its a valve that needs to be replaced. okay that's fine..... He said that is something he will need to see if it can be picked up at a part store or ordered. We had not heard anything until again we had to call which was after 4 pm and our appt was at 8am. Then finally the lady calls me back and tells me that they have to order this part and they are going to 1 day ship. also she told me that they couldn't guarantee for them to be able to come out on monday. So this means we would be without hot water all weekend. That is crazy and the worst customer service to leave a customer without hot water for a whole week. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! would not recommend Jim Dickerson.

They are amazing! He set clear expectations from the start. Photos were taken before and after work and he also provided helpful explanations throughout. This company was recommended to me by my neighbor and I'm so glad I went with them. Friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

They technicians from Wonderful World of Plumbing came out to repair a toilet. They were great. They arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. The price was also very reasonable. We will use them again if we have any other issues.

After finding that the bathroom drain was clogged up I tried everything I knew to clear it but couldn't get it done. I called Zoom and spoke with Jason who was very professional and quickly got me an appointment for tonight. (On a Sunday). I got a text about 45 minutes before the technician arrived with his picture so I knew who to be looking for . Duane showed up and immediately assessed the problem and quickly took care of the issue. Even gave me tips on how to prevent further issues in the future. Duane has to be the most professional technician I have had in my home. With how well Duane handled the issue and how quickly they took care of the problem we are customers for life. I plan to spread the word about Zoom Drain and just how amazing they are.

Water filter install

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.
