James Fetter was our absolute go to guy. Very responsive to all our needs. Always available when we called and made sure everything was done to perfection. Can't say enough good things about James. So glad we met him!!

I have spent the last 2 and half days with the resident electrician, Nathan and his coworker Bobby. And no, he's not from Morris Jenkins. My entire electric panel had to be moved and replaced. It was a LARGE job, to say the least. I WAS anxious to have power restored, but the overall performance was stellar. Do yourself (and wallet) a favor and call them the next time you need an electrician.

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Professional, fast service! Because his techs were on other calls, Frank Foster installed the shower head in my guest bathroom himself. Frank was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He called when he was enroute, arrived on time, and worked quickly. Since moving to the Charlotte area I've had experiences with two other plumbing services. Those experiences left me, a widow, very concerned about overpricing. Dealing with Frank was a breath of fresh air! Clearly customer service, and not charging top dollar, is his priority. I will definitely use him again!

I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend MKB Plumbing.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.

I highly recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing if you are looking for a professional, honest, reliable plumbing company. We had a gas leak under the house and initially had a highly rated plumbing company come to locate the leak. Instead of locating the leak, this other company went under the house and quickly quoted a repair cost of $5,000, saying that the entire piping system was corroded and would need to be replaced. We said, No thank you!

We connected with Pipe Surgeon Plumbing and were VERY happy with the service we received. Jake, the owner, evaluated the leak and repaired it quickly by removing unused gas lines and properly capping the line to stop the leak. The corrosion noted by the initial plumbing company was simply surface rust and wasn't causing a problem. For less than 1/10th the price of the original quote, Pipe Surgeon Plumbing completed the job and took the time to answer all our questions. Having a plumber you can trust repair something as dangerous as a natural gas line is imperative, and I would recommend Pipe Surgeon Plumbing to all of my friends and family. Thanks Jake!

Almonte plumbing was great. The owner promptly responded to my request and was able to get in as early as possible. In typical fashion, all our problems happened over Thanksgiving weekend. He resolved our issues, provided value, and other recommendations for future plumbing needs at a more than fair price.
