We had a problem with our leaky garbage disposal and contacted Osborne plumbing. They responded the same day and arrived very quickly. They repaired/replaced our garbage disposal with a new one quickly and Efficiently. We were also provided with a 15% discount that was noted/mentioned on their website. (Please check their website before the repairman gets there and mention any discounts noted on their website, let the repair person know when they arrive. They also give 10% senior discounts when you ask – please check their websites for all sales and deals.

Rob did an awesome job. #1, he listened to my concerns about what's been going on with my plumbing. He quickly assessed the issue and shared what he needed to do to fix the problem and gave me the price. Was the price reasonable, don't know, don't care, but he fixed it and had a great attitude. I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

We were quoted $85.00 service call plus parts.
When the tech had diagnosed the problem it appeared we needed a $15.00 plastic part for our toilet. The Tech did a great job. He also checked with his boss for the price of installation . His boss Burl insisted on charging us $175.00 (!) to install this 15 dollar plastic piece. Take it or leave it! Burl's Plumbing does not deserve anyone's business, especially not a repeat business. Cannot be recommended -

Bluefrog saved us last night! We had a desperate situation at our vacation home after guests left in the morning with a multidrain blockage. I called more than 8 plumbers and the earliest any of them could get someone there was late Saturday evening which would be well AFTER our next guests arrived. After speaking with Annette and a follow up from her in the afternoon, she was able to get a tech to get to the house before our next guests arrived. Shea was excellent. He was professional, thorough, very persistent and communicated his progress along the way. After a lot of work, he was finally able to clear through a major blockage!
We will definitely use Bluefrog again!

Excellent service. They came out promptly and repaired our sewage line which backed up into our home. Their work was excellent and pricing was extremely fair compared to another name brand company that wanted 5x what Travis charged, and they didn’t even offer less expensive quicker options to get our plumbing back up and running. Travis also serviced our tankless hot water heater and shower at another previous home and did excellent work with very fair pricing. I can’t say enough good things about these folks. Highly recommend!!

Chris Rose replied right away to an emergency situation and arrived promptly. He fixed our issue and price was less than expected. Super-nice guy as well! Highly recommend!

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

I would give 0 rating but I don't see that option...I wouldn't recommend this company AT ALL... these guys are unprofessional and un-ethical. I had to go through this company as I have home warranty, They came to home didn't do any diagnostics, but changed me 75$ and gave a wrong estimation and that declined the Home warranty and now I don't have any options. I don't recommend this company at all.
