Both service providers were excellent. Brian Baltimore serviced our electrical issues. He explained the problem, how it could be fixed, told us the cost and after agreeing he fixed the issues effectively. Brian was on time. We like that Michael &Sons sends a photo and brief professional history of the service provider.William Davis conducted the air conditioning and cooling system inspection. Very thorough and provided photos of any issues with a thorough explanation of what he was showing us. He also cleaned the outside air conditioning unit which was clogged with debris. Everything was done professionally. To be honest, we left Service Experts and went to Michael & Sons because we felt Michael & Sons was more professional, always on time, more knowledgeable and less expensive.

The technician Brandon Johnson came to look at our home. Was very rude and unprofessional, said he wasn’t there to provide a quote for a rental company and to “have the other company do it” then proceeded to just get into his van and leave. Didn’t say goodbye or thank you. Would not recommend this company.

Over $450 for 2 hours work. That's $225/hour. Never again.

Bryan was super friendly over the phone. Knowledgeable, detailed regarding my problem, and the only person to come to my home and do a through inspection of my needs for a recommendation. He was timely after another company canceled on me at the last minute. He is my plumber provider of choice from now on!!!

I have used many plumbers in the past and I can’t say how happy I was that we used this service. Rick did not only help us, but he saved us a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Rick and his company. He also happens to be a super nice guy. This is called customer service, and loyalty.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

I had another company come and charge me $2500 to dig a big hole in my yard and mess up every fixture in my house. Daniel came out and was upfront, honest and on time. They got the issue fixed and didn’t charge me half the cost of my house. I will be using them from here on out for any and all plumbing needs

I would highly recommend Rose Plumbing to anyone searching for plumbing services. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and fix my project for a very fair price. He was a class act and I will hire him again if and when I have any additional plumbing needs.

So far, I have used them for two major service calls and one minor one. Everything about this has been wonderful. They got back to me quickly, and the work they did was excellent. I plan to keep using their services and referring others to them.

David and Saxon showed up before the promised time, located and repaired the broken pipe in my front yard, and completed the job within about 3 hours. The price was very reasonable and I'd definitely hire them again. Great job!

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

UPDATE - Had a different issue with my kitchen drain - called them this morning and Sam came out. He fixed the issue quickly and left my kitchen spotless. Thanks again Carolina Plumbing Pros!! Always courteous, professional, on time, and affordable! I cannot say enough good things.

I contacted American Leak Detection online and requested service because of a frozen pipe in my front yard. The women who called me was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. A team of 2 people came out to locate my leak. They charged $700 up front in order to locate it. They marked the spot approx. 3'x3' I spent the next couple days digging, and went down over 3 feet. No leak, not even a pipe. I called the company back on a Saturday, and there was no answer. This is understandable as they were closed. I was unable to leave a message because the mailbox was full. I ended up digging from my water meter and found the water line wasn't even close to the spot they marked. I called back during business hours and spoke to the same women. She requested I email photos showing where the leak ended up being located. I sent these photos in via email. I requested a partial refund (not 100% as they did have time and labor here) I received a call back 6 days later from the owner Dennis Fair. I believe this guy is the owner of the franchise in this area. He was very rude and honestly just a complete D-bag. He asked why I didn't call back, and when I explained I did, and the voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message he said that wasn't true

Me and my property manager called separately to ask them to come out to our property to diagnose a compressor issue with one of our heat pumps. We were both quoted different prices over the phone - $95 and $130. Then two months after they came out they sent us a bill for $196. We called multiple times to multiple people. I left voicemails, sent emails to their service manager - Bobby, but was unable to get anyone on the phone to help or even discuss the issue. Poor customer service and much more expensive than others.
