We had a water pressure problem, and John sent Caleb to the house within two hours of my email. Caleb was clean, organized, and explained exactly what the problem was after he spent 30 minutes examining different parts of the water system. He gave me a specific quote for the work, completed the work timely, and cleaned up very well. It was a great experience, and I will use them next time!

Leonard came approximately adorned for the COVID-19 environment we are in, quickly assessed the problem and gave me an immediate estimate of the repairs! He then prepped the area where the repair was necessary a completed the repair timely and at the exact price quoted! He thoroughly cleaned the area prior to leaving and consistently cordial and consummately professional! When there is a plumbing issue at my residence, I want Leonard to come handle the matter!

The two men (Marques & Ricky) were professional and courteous. They were honest in their assessment and provided more than enough information for me to make a decision on next steps. I will definitely request them to continue to maintain my systems.

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way.
