Rick did an amazing job on a kitchen sink pex piping job. He found the ACTUAL problem with our plumbing that we were unaware of, didn’t recommend unnecessary work for the sake of money, and was extremely thorough. Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.
