Best A/C System Repair in Charlotte NC

Two weeks ago I learned about MKB Plumbing, Chuck Austin came to do a job for one of my clients, and then two other clients needed repairs on their inspection list. They were prompt, honest and priced fairly and I have never found a Plumbing Company so responsible and honest that I could call and have work done in a few days. My clients and I thank you. We had a pretty serious water leak in our front yard. Our grass was a swamp and we were having big puddles in our lawn, driveway and street. Leonard came out to do an estimate and gave us several options. He was also very honest about what obstacles may come up during the repair process depending on digging and sewer lines. Leonard and another colleague returned 2 days later and removed our old pipe, replaced with new equipment, re-seeded the area and cleaned up two hours faster than promised. Our final price didn't change from the original estimate. We can see the results in our yard 48 hours later and we are grateful to find plumbers we can trust!

Jim was professional and kind and did a great job explaining to me exactly what was happening with my unit. He fielded several of my phone calls and answered all questions with patience. I am pleased and a satisfied customer.

When my Hot water heater broke, he was not able to fix it the next day but he provided the name of someone who could do it. When they could not come by, Damion fit me in to his schedule and got my heater working again. He has outstanding Customer Service and work ethic.

Prompt and helpful personal

Jason was punctual and even waited on me as I was running an errand. He handled the problem with no issues. I would recommend him as a tech. My issue is with the cost. Over $300 for about 30 minutes and the use of a commercial grade snake. I could have done it if I had the equipment. The preset cost seem unreasonable for what was done. Next time I will rent the equipment first.

Brian fixed our main tub that wouldn't drain and installed a bidet. He was polite and completed the job timely.

They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.
