Best Swamp Cooler Conversion in Albuquerque NM

The plumber was swift, knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. The cost was a bit steep. I don't know if this is on par with other places or not.

I gave the company a call and got my call answered pretty quickly and the guy was really nice and professional as well and had no problem sending two guys over to help me fix my ac. The two guys were very professional as well keeping me updated on what was going on with my ac and what needs to be replaced and there price as well is really good and affordable. I know I sound like I'm paid to say this but I am not and I really recommend people to call this company if you have any ac problem :D

The service tech responded to a plumbing backup, an after hours call. He carefully assessed the problem and returned with the tools needed for the job. He was thoughtful and careful in his work and in his recommendations for moving forward. This was about as good an outcome as a plumbing backup can be. Overall, very pleased and recommend Signature’s service.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

The guys came one time, called ahead, and work fast. They informed me every step of the way. They resolve my issue quickly and efficiently . I had air conditioning within an hour!! The cost was affordable as well!

I honestly don't know anything about their service or quality... but if their drivers are anything like the folks that show up on your door step, these guys are ass holes... going from Santa Fe to abq and doing 90 and these guys were pressing and flipped me the bird when I got over even when there was nowhere for them to go... they employ these kind of guys I guess....

TLC did a first class job on our Swamp Cooler to AC conversion. We got lower bids from other companies, but I'm pretty confident that those bids would have escalated quickly once the job started. Riley from TLC did a very, very thorough estimate, spending a couple hours taking measurements and discussing options to install return ducts. Before starting the job, he visited again with Brian, the leader of the install team, and confirmed plans before doing a final estimate.Brian and Jacob did the lion's share of the install, and they were a very professional and thorough team. Great communication, arrived on time every day, kept me in the loop throughout the job, and were great about cleaning up everyday after work was complete.If you want first class treatment, I highly recommend this team!
