Best Repair Air Conditioner in Albuquerque NM

Central Plumbing replaced my swamp cooler a couple of weeks ago. I highly recommend them. Mark is very knowledgeable, does great work, and does not recommend unnecessary repairs. Pricing is very good compared to others. I'll be using Central Plumbing for any future projects.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

Seems to be a family business when I called to get a I was basically hung up on told we'll get back to you I have your number I went with someone else that was a little bit more professional.

I called Four Star last week and asked if I could get an estimate on how much it would be to replace a flex duct heater crossover under a mobile home. The home is a 30 minute drive west of Albuquerque, so I was told they would charge me $100 for the estimate because of the drive. I agreed on the price and made an appointment for today 1/9/23. Today the technician called me and said he was getting ready to head out to do the estimate. He said the clock starts now. When I told him that there was a flat $100 charge for the estimate he told me to call the office. When I called the office, they informed me that the price is now $200. $100 for the drive and an extra $100 for an hour of labor to do the estimate, which would only require a tape measure and 5 to 10 minutes. When i questioned the additional charge, Evelyn responded by telling me that I obviously do not understand the service industry. At that point I politely canceled. Such a waste of time.

My experience with Albuquerque heating and plumbing was great. Very straightforward honest and very helpful. In particular Max was awesome! He was really easy to work with and went above and beyond. He even came back to make sure that everything was in good shape. I highly recommend Albuquerque heating and plumbing to anyone looking for service on kitchen appliances and or bathrooms.

Mario from JP Plumberey came out to replace two hose bibs on my 70 year old house. He was very knowledgeable and had creative ways to get this job done efficiently. Very impressed. I would highly recommend JP Plumbery.

I've used this business previously with no problem. This time, I'm afraid it's been quite different. I called Plumbing Express LLC, because our hot water recirculating unit was not working properly. Stacy came out and stated we needed a new unit. I inquired what the cost would be, and she didn't know. She went to a local big box hardware store to pick up a new unit and called to say they had one. She asked if I wanted her to get one. I inquired about total price, with installation and she estimated $300. Once the product was installed, the amount then became $455. I spoke with Stephan Williams, the owner, and told him I was not willing to pay that kind of mark-up on the product. He said that as a small business owner, he needed to have that kind of mark-up. I told him that was not what I was quoted, and I would not pay it. He brought the price down to $375. THEN, the new product did not work, and some of our lights on the same breaker went out simultaneously with installation! We had an electrician out to verify nothing was wrong with the outlet or our electricity in general. Since then, I've called Plumbing Express LLC repeatedly and have left a plethora of messages with staff and on voice mail requesting a new unit be installed. I have handled myself cordially and patiently. It has been WEEKS, and NO RESPONSE from Stephan Williams to have a new unit installed. I am in the process of checking with the NM Licensing Board and intend to file a formal complaint if this situation is not rectified immediately, and I am taking other legal measures to handle this problem. I wish it had not come to this. Extremely frustrating experience, and I'm afraid I can no longer recommend this business at all.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. The AC was intermittently switching off without reaching the desired temperature. It was in the middle of August and very hot. I called Sunshine, thinking that it would be a week or two before we got any attention. I called at 8 am by 9:30 am the same day it was fixed. Thank You Sunshine.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
