JC&E is not customer focused, does not take pride in their work, and simply took our money while leaving us with equipment that does not work properly. We had JC&E install a condenser and 3 mini splits in our home. About 1 week after they installed it, the mini splits stopped blowing cool air. They were not responsive in our calls to come fix it, but eventually they came and added more freon but didn't think to check for a freon leak. They also decided that it was a good idea to have the drip lines from 2 of the mini splits just hang over our neighbors roof instead of re-routing them down the side of our unit. Our neighbor complained to our HOA about this, and we asked JC&E to come out and fix it. They asked if they could come back in the spring since the weather was cooling down and we wouldn't need to use the mini splits for cooling. A weird request, but we said that we would wait. When spring came we tried to contact them to come fix the drip lines and the fact that the units weren't blowing cool air again. They never responded to us. Eventually we just had to hire another company to come fix all of JC&E's mistakes and lazy work. JC&E left us with freon leaks, the wrong sized condenser, and improperly routed drip lines that all had to be fixed by someone else because JC&E refused to do the job right and provide basic customer service.

I'm very pleased with the service Jason provided . Another professional recommended I replace the bath spout and plumbing as far back as possible which would have been costly. Jason inspected the existing spout and determined that the problem was only at the very tip, and that by replacing the spout only the entire problem would be handled. My cost was $81 + tax. JP Plumbery provided a competitive cost proposal to replace our combi-unit HW heater and re-pipe our in-slab radiant system. JP Plumbery arrived and completed all the work on schedule. The quality of the workmanship was as good as I have seen. No shortcuts were taken, time was taken to explain the system operation, and the job site was cleaned up when the work was complete. My heater was broken in 25 degree temperatures. Courtesy was able to squeeze us in the same day. Cheyenne was courteous and efficient. Ron was knowledgeable and successful in one visit. I felt like I got an honest deal from an honest technician. It seems the management fosters a great culture where the employees feel like it is really all about the customers!

I paid Sunshine to get my swamp cooler ready for the summer. I had done it myself the previous year, but it leaked a lot. Sunshine charged me $130, but it still leaked. I called them and they came back out, told me my hose bib wax responsible for the leak and charged me a $90 service fee. I had the bib replaced (it was leaking a little bit) and the swampy is still leaking. I feel like Sunshine saw that bib leak and took the opportunity to blame the problem on something that wasn’t their responsibility instead of looking at their own work. I’ve paid them $200+ and my cooler works no better than it did last year.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
