I purchased the swamp cooler package that included service in the Spring and service in the Fall to switch back to the furnace. I had zero issues with the swamp cooler all Summer. Well worth it.

Gerald and his team are great. After having multiple plumbers out to try and fix my tankless water heater, and being met with delays and inflated quotes, MGP came out promptly and fixed the issue that same day.

I'm very grateful to have found these guys. I've since used them a few other times for other plumbing & HVAC jobs. They always show up on time and have the expertise to fix problems cleanly and quickly.

Marc was nice and efficient. When I booked my appointment I was told Wagners didn’t work on irrigation. I was hopeful that since issue is between street and backyard irrigation valves issue could be fixed. Marc said I need an irrigation company so I’ll do that.

I purchased an older home, so I ordered the package that covered heat, AC, electrical, and water heater tune ups for 1 year. I got different service providers for each thing, but they were always very helpful and explained to me what they were doing the whole time. They recommended things without being pushy and never charged extra for any small additional things I asked about. The one con that I have, is they never seemed to have all the necessary equipment. Like the heater service didn't have a vacuum or blower to clean out the radiator, which was part of the service. The AC guy didn't bring a ladder or any oil, even though I said my evaporative cooler was on the roof. So, thankfully, I had all of these things available, but I shouldn't have to.

Serviced a wall heater, and installed a new one. Very professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Very, very reasonable cost. Recommend them highly.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

First Rate Plumbing was right on time, was very accommodating, did a good job and the person was very polite.

Abdul kept me posted on progress the whole way and he fixed problem that another plumber couldn’t. He left the place spotless! Great experience

This is a GREAT service from the first time you meet to get a quote, throughout the process and even after.
Grant was on time for all appointments, down to earth yet professional, highly knowledgeable and responsive to all calls and emails.
Before the landscaping started he recommended we go to JPR Gravel in Rio Rancho to look at the different options, which we did and selected Pueblo Rose.
He went out of his way to point out and fix errors that were made by the PULTE construction/landscaping team when building our new home.

Grants cement team spoke highly of him when they came to pour our cement. They did a great job and also arrived on time, were very nice and professional as well.

Overall left impressed with the service we received. My husband and I felt that Grant is a great honest guy with a great strong team to back him up and executed efficiently and productively. During the process, he even made recommendations and adjustments to save some money!

Will be using them again for anything else we decide to do in our backyard.GREATLY SATISFIED, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
