I wanted to brag about these guys. The gentleman that showed up was polite and efficient. It's February of 2021 where we're getting hit with cold and snow across the nation. My water froze and my pvc needed replacement. They were the only ones who could come out in less than 24 hours, and reasonably priced. They not only cleaned out my water closet, they replaced the pvc, added additional insulation and wrapped up my pipes that were already there and put them in a better condition. They were so quick, clean and professional. Thank you for your help!!

They were able to get the work done the next day after I called. Very professional and efficient. I've used them before and will happily use them again.

Jack was great! He prepared the swamp cooler for the coming summer season and also replaced the pump, which was rusted up.

Pricing Bait and Switch. Called on Weekend told price would be 120.00 per hour for Saturday service. Told if they came on Monday 80.00 per hour. Had them come on a Monday to replace a sump pump. Pump cost $425.00 Total Bill was $1105.00(not itemized) Tech arrived at 8:20am finished at 12:20 pm had 1 hour of travel during this time frame to get the part. I was charged over $680.00 for 4 hours labor. $170.00 per hour which was more expensive then the quoted price for emergency weekend service. Customer Service Manager says we should have: Re-quoted for Specialist, We should have told you entire price up front for flat rate. We should have told you we we don't charge jobs per hour. But made no effort to readjust to the prices they verified by recording I was quoted.DONT HIRE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TAKEN TO THE CLEANERS!! They did good work but went out of their way to hide the pricing until it's too late. Made no attempt to honor their quotes. When you call to get answers they tell you they will get back to you but you don't hear from them unless you call back

Smooth experience. Justin brainstormed ways to save me money should my specific plumbing issue ever happen again. He Laid out all the options for repair and future maintenance, and I never felt pressure to buy a service I didn’t need. Highly recommend

Rick's was called after another company replaced three parts on the air conditioner and then tried to say it's how the thermostat was being used. Rick's came out and fixed it the first time and, as an out-of-state landlord, he kept me up to date on everything and answered all of my questions. Outstanding work and even better customer service. Definitely give them a call if you need ac work!!!

We called on Tuesday, they came on Wednesday. Within an hour, they had replaced the bad part on our AC unit and had cool air blowing again. Outstanding service and excellent rates. We'll definitely use NCB Mechanical again.
