Words can't describe my gratitude for the VB. I had a pet emergency! Where my dogs foot got stuck in the bathtub drain in the process of giving him a bath. Animal control was unable to help me with my situation. They advised me to call a plumber. So I quickly googled and came across VB. Richard took my call. I explained the situation to him he quickly reacted, and came to my aid. Him and his team planned out how to safely get my dogs foot out with out harming, or running the risk of breaking my dogs paw. It took a couple of hours, but they got the job done! They were all so professional and caring of the situation. Also a very reasonable price for they hell I put them through. Brandon runs a great crew that you will soon be glad you brought on board. I needed a brand new AC and heater. I was cool by the end of the first day as it was still warm. Heater was quickly installed with all the safety equipment and a pressure test verified by the city. They took time to install the proper condensate pump explaining everything as they worked. System was great for 1.5 year until I had trouble one night keeping the flame on in the heater. Brandon promptly showed up to troubleshoot and found that a sensor was a little dirty. Left me with the skills to quickly tackle the job on my own if I see it again. Super friendly and professional as I took advantage of their 24/hr service. Even in their busy season Brandon went the extra mile to keep our family warm and happy. Not to mention he easily beats the boys out there like Wagner ($10k less) Affrdable (8k less) truly a diamond can be found in this company.
