In the midst of the Albuquerque heat wave our refrigerated air suddenly stopped working. Called Rocketman at 7:00 am and they said they could send a crew out same day! Ken and Ray called when they were 20 mins away, showed up as scheduled, and gave me some quick diagnostic facts and cost estimates for possible outcomes. Then they went on the roof and started testing the least expensive parts first. Praise God, it was just a $20 capacitor. Ken knows his stuff and was great at communicating. Five stars all around.

Always respectful and aware of current needs

Requested a tankless water heater maintenance flush. Appointment was rescheduled by dispatcher once with plenty of heads-up time, technician was an hour late on day of appointment and a valve was broken by the technician during the service. Parts were not in his truck so he had to leave for an hour or so to get a new valve. For those reasons we took off a star. However, Wagner did not charge for the valve breakage. All-in-all we were happy with the service.

I had a small job for now...10 minutes, tops, that I don't have the tools for. Said $85 for the call. Didn't show. Didn't leave a message if they called. Wouldn't take $500+ per hour ($85 * 6) for a small job. Now, you lost my big job I have coming up, a half-house re-pipe in a remodel. While plumbing is a trade, customer service is still important.

Just a heads up. I asked this company to fix my water heater. The tech called me and said it needed a part. He quoted me $400. 00. He called me about 2 hours later and said he need another part because he could not find the 400.00 part service. This would now cost me $700.00. I okayed the $700.00 part just to get the water heater fixed. The tech said he would have to order the part. The next day I got a $700.00 bill charged to me. I call to find out was going on. The tech said he found the part he had to order and replaced it. I said he found the part in just a few hours, I thought he had to order it. The company said if was fine and he just found it. No invoice, no explanation! Then the water heater did not work and the company told me to replace the water heater and they we still going to charge me the $700.00. I just had to eat the 700.00 with nothing fixed. Watched out for this.If they could not fix the water heater, they should have told me in the first place instead of just charging me $700.00 for a part and service that could of happened or not happened.This was very concerning and I will take my business somewhere else.
