Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

I was so pleased (and surprised) to get an offer of same-day service when I called this morning. I was told between 12:00 and 2:00 and Kevin Lenkowski showed up exactly at 12:00. He was able to get the refrigerated air going to cool the house down while he went for parts. He didn't fit any other jobs in between but came right back with parts and finished my repairs quickly. I was pleased to get a senior discount too! Kevin was professional and courteous and I would welcome him back if I have further need for repairs.A+ for Affordable Service and for Kevin.

From the time I set the appointment to completion of the maintenance check on our radiant heat boiler system, everything was done in a timely, competent and highly professional manner. I will certainly be using MGP for all of our heating and AC needs in the future.

Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up. She is now lounging around in blissful, cooling air. Call Donner if you have a plumbing issue.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. Update 2/2/21! Stephan of Plumbing Express NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK he was paid in full for. There was no reason why the work was not able to be completed but what we know from experience is that Stephan’s business practices and level of professionalism do not stand up to his initial assurances and are questionable, at best. BE VERY CAUTIOUS about hiring this company. Also, be sure to check out the complaints against his business on the BBB website!
Stephan was hired to replace a septic system for our home, he was paid in full and we were assured work would be complete within one week of digging up the old system. That was the first of July and it's now October 1 and the ground is still wide open and nothing is connected. To say this is unsanitary and unsafe would be a massive understatement. Every week we're told a crew is coming to finish and workers show up for a few hours and then leave and we don't see them again until we call to see what's going on. This is 100% unacceptable. They are unreliable and unprofessional at best and not worth the hassle of dealing with them. There are MUCH better and more reliable plumbing service providers out there. I 100% advise NOT HIRING this company unless you like dealing with poor communication and bad excuses for not completing work.

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
