The six different technicians I had on my system upgrades did a phenomenal job. I had a swamp cooler removed, replaced the hot water tank and furnace, had a new A/C unit installed and upgraded my electric service to 200 amp. Everyone at Wagner's was courteous & professional, the jobs were done correctly in a timely fashion and they cleaned up very well after their work was completed. The scheduling and notification process was professional and flawless. Most important to me was the fact that all of the work was inspected by the City which Wagner's scheduled. Not all companies have the inspections done so do your homework. Thank you Wagner's, jobs well done from a very happy customer.

The plumber was more set on speed and machismo I'm the man, this is why it got fixed. First of all, I am the man in this house. Second of all, you told me my hot/cold water lines were crossed somewhere in the house and this is why when you turned the cold water on, hot water came out. Never an issue. Well had he looked at the area where he was working, indeed, the supply lines were touching. I took care of that! Third. Had he stayed longer that 15 minutes, maybe he would have seen the faucet leak and helped diagnosis what could be wrong, even thought Donner PH didn't buy the sink. Well this would involve another service call and fee! This is purely bad business.

He came out in the rain and wind at 09:00 at night to unclog our kitchen sink. Got right to work, no messing around .He had to snake the pipe outside in the rain. Drain runs smoothly now. Would highly recommend! We have finally found a good honest plumbing company.

I requested an estimate be completed at my parents residence for refrigerated air. The employee who came out, was rude, judgmental and treated us as if we couldn’t afford the job. He never sent me the estimate. And the estimate was completed about a month ago. Well I ended up going with TLC. This company lost business. Poor service. Would not recommend
