Rocketman Plumbing recently did my swamp cooler conversion, and I'll definitely be calling them again for any plumbing needs. They were prompt and thorough, and I'm enjoying the cool interior of my home.

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. I am so thankful I found this company. I’ve used them once before for my parents house and was able to call them again for a pipe repair in my master bathroom. Always easy to make an appointment and the technicians answer my questions easily. They did a great job and I appreciate how respectful they were of my property (cleaned up thoroughly afterwards).

Our service professional was Kevin and he was great. He had repaired our furnace last year when it broke and recommended a service that included an inspection this year.He showed up on time inspected our furnace made sure they were working correctly. And even though we already paid for the service last year he took his time to answer all our questions and make suggestions to help us save money on repairs by requesting an annual inspection package. Great job very professional. We are pleased with the service we received.

A-O Smith water heater company sent Petroglyph P&H to my house on a warranty service call. I was given a courtesy call when they were on the way the technicians arrived ahead of schedule and completed the job promptly.
I will definitely consider PP&H next time I need plumbing and heating services.

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.
